Sunday, January 22 // top
All that's in my planner for this week is "YMSAT Opening" so right now the internet is very helpful. I know they've released a copy of the schedule, but I can't find it, so if anyone could link it to me/scan it, that'd be helpful.
This is what I know so far.
MON

FRI

ETC
> Taken from Pisay Direct:
The set of rules for attendance monitoring for the YMSAT week, from January 24, 2012 – January 27, 2012 is given below.
1. Each student will be given an attendance monitoring card (AMC).
2. Each student is required to attend the named activities. However, attendance to workshop, film showing, exhibits, and demonstration depends on the choice of the student.
3. For events where attendance is by class, the class monitor will attest for the attendance by putting his initials in the AMC.
4. For the other events (film showing, exhibits, demos, and workshop), authorized students will put a stamp and signature on the AMC.
5. Each student is required to view the exhibits and watch the demos at least once a day.
6. Each student is required to attend at least one workshop (on Thursday, January 26).
7. The AMC will be distributed on Tuesday. The president and monitor of each class will get their AMC from the CST Unit before 8:00 A.M. on Tuesday for orientation, and distribute the cards. (Two people for back-up.)
8. At the end of each day, the class monitor will give a summary of the attendance, and accomplish the attendance monitoring form of the Registrar’s office.
