Step 1: Get a strip of paper from me containing your function. The strips of paper come in two colors: blue and yellow.

Step 2: Look for your unique partner who is your batchmate from my three sections: Be, K, and Sr. The function of your partner and your function when graphed in one xy plane should form a continuous function in R. Your strips of paper should be of different color.

Step 3: When you find your partner, smile because the difficult part is over. And now you will now work as a pair.

Step 4: In one whole graphing paper, write your names at the upper left part. Affix your signatures and attach (paste or staple) your strips of paper beside your signature.

Step 5: On the upper left half of your graphing paper, graph your function in one xy plane. The xy plane scale is 1:1, x-axis from -10 to 10 and y-axis from -10 to 10. You now name your function as the last name of partner 1-last name of partner 2 function. (eg. dela cruz-Tacuboy function)

Step 6: Label your graph completely. On the upper right half of your graphing paper, give the following characteristics of
your function: y-intercept, x-intercept, domain, range, even/odd/neither/both, increasing/decreasing/constant, intervals where your function is increasing, intervals where your function is decreasing, intervals where your function is positive, intervals where your function is negative and one-to-one or not. (Clue: your domain should be the set of real numbers)

Step 7: On the lower half of your graphing paper, you should write a short but interesting description of your partner and narrate how you found him/her. Your partner should also write a short but interesting description of you and narrate how he or she found you. Avoid writing at the back of your graphing paper.

Step 8: You may now submit your Ps. You need to submit your PS to Ms. Sally Mingoa of the CISD Office! The earlier you submit your PS, the better.

Step 9: PS HPS Starts at 35/28; the HPS is a decreasing function wrt time of submission. PS HPS will be: 28 by 1PM July 4; 21 by 5PM July 4; 14 by 12Noon July 5; and 0 by 5PM July 5.
